1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gk222 ("gk222", "the Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated at gk222.live ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered by gk222, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, dice, baccarat, slot machines, and all associated account management and payment features.

gk222 operates under an international gaming licence issued by an overseas regulatory authority ("the Licensing Authority"). All gaming activity conducted through the Platform is subject to the rules and regulations of that Licensing Authority, in addition to these Terms. The Platform is designed to serve adult players globally, with specific features and payment integrations optimised for Pakistani players, including PKR wallet functionality and support for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gk222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with gk222. References to "these Terms" include those ancillary documents unless the context specifically requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on gk222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable regardless of local legal variations in the minimum gambling age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by gk222 or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must not be registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing gk222 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any other person.

gk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point following registration, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one gk222 account. The maintenance of multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gk222 will close all but the oldest account, and any balances or bonuses accumulated in the secondary accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gk222 login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. gk222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify gk222 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. gk222 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any reported security breach.

• Account usernames may not be changed after registration except in exceptional circumstances approved by gk222 support in writing.
• Changes to registered mobile numbers or email addresses require identity re-verification and may take up to 48 hours to process.
• gk222 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after appropriate notification to the registered contact details.

4. Deposits & Payments

gk222 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR and credited to your gk222 wallet in PKR at the transaction value. No currency conversion fees are applied by gk222 on domestic PKR transactions.

The minimum deposit amount at gk222 is Rs 300. Maximum deposit limits are tiered by account verification level and payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of your gk222 account dashboard for current limits applicable to your account.

• gk222 only accepts deposits from payment accounts and bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from gk222's operating funds, ensuring player funds are protected.
• gk222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees independently of gk222.
• Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to appear in your gk222 wallet during banking hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds.
• gk222 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may not withdraw funds until all required documentation has been submitted and approved. gk222 aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to the receiving institution's processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the gk222 account.
• Active bonus balances are not withdrawable. Only the real-money portion of your gk222 wallet is available for withdrawal unless the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• gk222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000. Such checks may delay processing by up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where gk222 determines that there has been fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory obligation requires funds to be held.
• gk222 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gk222 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and event-specific promotions (including PSL and cricket tournament specials). All bonus offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, payment method, and CNIC number. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse.
• gk222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that existing bonus balances that have already been credited will be honoured subject to applicable terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods as stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Systemic, low-risk wagering strategies (e.g., betting both sides, exploiting low-variance games exclusively for wagering completion) may be deemed bonus abuse at gk222's discretion.
• gk222 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, and to suspend or close the account concerned.

7. Games & Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the gk222 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of the specific gameplay mechanics, with these Terms governing all other aspects of the Player relationship.

• All casino games at gk222 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment streamed in real time.
• Sports betting odds at gk222 are subject to change at any time until the relevant market closes. Bets placed before an odds change are settled at the odds at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket, PSL, and other markets are accepted subject to availability. gk222 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting without notice where there is a technical issue, significant event, or suspicion of irregular betting activity.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interruption during a game or betting session, any affected bets or game rounds may be declared void. Stakes will be returned to your gk222 wallet. gk222 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or game round is subject to limits published in the gk222 Cashier and game-specific terms. Winnings in excess of stated maximum payouts will not be credited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gk222 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment methods to fund your gk222 account.
2. Money Laundering: Using the gk222 Platform to disguise, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity. gk222 is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker-style game, or betting market available on gk222.
4. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any software that interacts with the gk222 Platform without direct human input. gk222 employs automated detection systems to identify non-human play patterns.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with gk222 support. Frivolous chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action to recover funds.
6. Abuse of Responsible Gaming Tools: Creating a new gk222 account while an existing self-exclusion or cooling-off period is active on another account associated with the same person.
7. Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing gk222 support staff or other users through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

gk222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base in Pakistan and internationally. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from the Account Settings section of your gk222 dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of gk222.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay reminding you of your time on site and current session balance movement.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your gk222 account for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your gk222 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible during its stated minimum period (minimum 6 months). Once self-excluded, gk222 will not reinstate your account prior to the minimum period regardless of request.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gk222 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, software, game content, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of gk222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the gk222 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of gk222. Unauthorised use of gk222 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gk222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gk222 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• gk222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• gk222 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside gk222's direct control.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. gk222 provides no guarantee of winnings and is not responsible for any financial loss you sustain through lawful use of the Platform.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

gk222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at gk222, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gk222 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All personal data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. gk222 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Account Termination

gk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where gk222 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required by applicable law or the Licensing Authority.

In the event of account closure for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, gk222 may forfeit part or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gk222 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances, within 5 business days.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute relating to your gk222 account, game outcomes, bonus terms, or payments, you should first contact gk222 customer support via live chat. gk222 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through gk222's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the Licensing Authority as described in the complaints procedure communicated to you at the time of your formal complaint. gk222 is bound by the dispute resolution determinations of the Licensing Authority.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gk222 holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

gk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, gk222 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the gk222 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
